Which payment methods are available? 

We currently only accept creditcard payments and PayPal. More payment options will be added in the future.

What currency is used to process my order?

All orders are processed in USD (Dollars). While the content of your cart maybe displayed in the currency of your country, you will checkout using USD (Dollars) at the most current exchange rate.

Do I get a receipt for my order?

You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

Can I cancel or modify my order? 

In the event you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hour upon confirmation of order. Unfortunately, order cancellations and modifications are not available after 12 hours.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number if your order comes with one.

I haven't received my order yet! Is it lost?

If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact our support team by going to Contact Us , they will be glad to assist you. Most contact questions and enquiries are answered within 2 business days.

Where is my tracking number?

Tracking will be available 5-7 days after you have placed your order. Please reach out if you haven't received your tracking number after 7 days by contacting our support team. 

What is your refund policy?

We have taken the time to put together a detailed Refund Policy document for your convenience. 

Can I return sale items?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
